Awesome lectures and hands on experience. Quan Tan is a fabulous instructor; he made us feel comfortable and own the situation. He injected jokes related to the activities that makes us entertained as well, as such, no sleepy or boring moments. Overall, we learn a lot.

This place is amazing! If you are looking to get CPR certified, I definitely recommend this location. For one, the instructor was so patient, supportive, and funny! It made the learning environment so much fun and much more welcoming. Secondly, I love how much it was hands on. I felt like everything was very thoroughly explained, and it was such an informative and direct learning exeprience. Thirdly, I love how there’s snacks and refreshments to enjoy! There was snacks, coffee, water, and more – it was so nice! Lastly, I want to give a major shout out to one of the workers Thi. She was so responsible, patient, and informative! She was very on top of things and gave such amazing customer service. I am so thankful for her guidance throughout my experience at this training location. I seriously recommend this place! 10/10

I have been to a few CPR training courses and this one definitely stood out to me in the best way.
Usually I am sitting at a desk and we watch videos and listen to lectures most of the time. It’s all fine and good, however I felt like I did not really retain the information as well. I learn better when I do things hands-on or when I say things out loud. Quan Ta’s style of teaching is a lot different from what I was normally used to, but I prefer it much better. There are no desks in the class and he encourages the class to participate. Trust me, I hate participating but sometimes you have to be uncomfortable to grow.
He also gives us tips on how to remember things, which are actually very helpful! I also went on a holiday so the class size was extremely small (six). I actually prefer it that way, because it is more intimate.
Whenever I need to renew my CPR and First Aid certifications, I will definitely come back here and I HIGHLY recommend him, he is a wonderful instructor. He is very engaging and you can tell he is passionate about teaching.
Tips: cash or check only, come early or arrive on time

Scheduled via my employer but the class itself for CPR and first aid training was a good comprehensive experience. Felt like I learned a lot and the hands on aspect was effective.

In Short: I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! & I will continue to come to renew my CPR card.
The Review:
I came here for CPR training for my new job, and if you are looking for a good CPR & First Aid Training Class, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! It was not hard to find at all and parking is not a hassle. There were many of us who were completely new to this training and Quan made it easy for us to understand and he made everything clear and concise (Demonstrations & Information). He made jokes to help us feel comfortable and had us work together as a team. He shared his experience with us and offered some wisdom as well as coffee and snacks. It’s 4 hours of training, but it includes ADULT CPR, CHILD CPR, INFANT CPR, & FIRST AID!
On a Personal Note:
Quan Ta IS AWESOME!!! I will come back to renew my training with him in the future! I don’t know why the comment below felt the need to feel threatened by his jokes and wisdom. If we listen closely to his question about the fingers, we would have understood that he was not asking how many fingers he had up. It was how many fingers he had. I guess people would have to be a critical thinker to understand the joke. 🙂

I don’t write reviews often, only if the place deserves a 1-star and I have to vent, or the place deserves a 5-star and it’s well-deserved. In this situation, it’s the latter.
I’ve renewed my CPR/FA w/Quan 2x now and I’ve taken other CPR classes before. He is hands down the best instructor. Super nice, extremely knowledgable, really wants you to learn the material. You can tell he really wants you to learn and be engaged in the subject. I love people that are enthusiastic about their job. 4 hours went by FAST and he made me laugh a few times. Yes, I laugh easily but not on a Sunday at 1PM after a night of drinking. TRUST ME, he is amazing.
